CA Yogesh Garg

He is an associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over decade of experience in the profession & also has worked in various capacities in both industry and CA firms. Yogesh has been extensively involved in Indirect Tax Management like Service tax, Excise custom duty, GST. Apart from this he got his experience in information systems & Security Controls, XBRL reporting for US-GAAP, IGAAP. He is our domain expert on the indirect taxation. Prior to this he has been associated with Companies like Kohinoor Speciality Foods (Basmati Rice), Jindal Group Hisar, & RR Doneelley (Fortune 500 Company).

Pooja Gupta :-She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with extensive experience in the profession. She is also an associate of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India Her expertise spans various domains, including Auditing, FEMA, RBI matters, and other legal areas. Prior to joining here, she was associated with National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC).

CA Chanchal Gupta

He is an associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 9 years of experience in the profession & also has worked in various capacities in both industry and CA firms and has been extensively involved in the corporate management, project financing, investment, joint ventures, collaborations, merger & amalgamations, and projects management. He is an expert on the accounting standards, IFRS and government accounting. Prior to this he has been associated with Companies like ZORBA Entertainment, Team Computers.

She is consultant in many private companies handling corporate legal and labour laws. Being lawyer by profession, he has deeper understanding of Indian laws. She is an Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a graduate in law has expertise in the area of Company Law matters, Secretarial compliances and labour laws. She has significant experience in dealing with corporate compliances under the exchange control regulations for foreign investment in India.

He has over 22 years of experience in the profession & also has worked in various capacities in both industry and CA firms. Jitender Wadhwa Ji has been extensively involved in Income tax matters, Compliances & IFRS Reporting. He is chairman of FATBR (Income tax Council of Faridabad). He has also been working as insolvency professional for various companies.
